What exactly is our basic plotline?
What characters have we developed?
What do each of the realms look like? What are their cultures, how do they interact with each other, where do they get their resources?
How do the characters travel between realms?
What is the antagonist's plan? Who IS the antagonist? How will his plan conflict with the heros'?
